Shift Lead Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
  • Some high school
  • Prior Operations experience preferred
• Food Safety:
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification required
• ADA Statement:
• Hot work environment
• Standing for long periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reaching across counters
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Able to manage conflicts/difficult situations

Pay

Pay Range: $21 per hour - $24 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
