Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing outstanding service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance both personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Prior operations experience in food service is preferred.
• Food safety certifications are required and must be acquired by the applicant.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment, and manage conflicts.
