Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests through their support of management and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Gain a diverse range of skills to develop both yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Food Handler certification required (applicant's responsibility).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.

Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy.
