Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring our brand's mission to life in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing outstanding service, and fostering a warm atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts

Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food Handler certification (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters at 36 inches
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Able to manage conflicts/difficult situations
