Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring Panda's mission to life in our restaurants by supporting management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and fostering a vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a welcoming environment for guests
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites
• Gain a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional development

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Food handler certification (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours
• Reaching across counters
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Conflict resolution skills
