Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal members of our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant atmosphere and leading the team during shifts. They play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurants embody Panda's mission through passionate food preparation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites to guests.
• Gain a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
• Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment.
• Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
