Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a welcoming environment and driving the success of our restaurants through passion, heart, and pride.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with hands-on experience
- Gain a diverse set of skills to develop both yourself and others
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred operations experience in the food industry
- Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
- Fast-paced work environment, effective communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills
