Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring Panda's mission to life in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing outstanding service, and fostering a warm atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with enthusiasm and precision.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Food handler certification (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours
• Reaching across counters
• Working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Conflict resolution skills
