Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant atmosphere and guiding the team through the day. They play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurants embody the essence of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a welcoming environment for guests
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites
• Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Food handler certification (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours
• Reaching across counters
• Working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Conflict resolution skills
