Shift Lead Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school. Preference for some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Must have local/municipal Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., reach across counters, work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $18 per hour - $21 per hour. Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
