Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal members of our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.

Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Prior operations experience in food service preferred
- Food safety certifications required (local/municipal requirements)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for long periods of time
- Reaching across counters
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Able to manage conflicts/difficult situations
