Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the restaurant's mission through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites
• Gain a diverse set of skills to develop both yourself and others

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred operations experience
• Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
• Fast-paced work environment, effective communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills
