Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal members of our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in crafting delicious food, providing outstanding service, and creating a positive ambiance.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Prior operations experience in food service preferred
• Food safety certifications required (local/municipal requirements)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours
• Reaching across counters at 36 inches
• Working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Conflict resolution skills
