Shift Lead Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
  • Some high school
  • Prior Operations experience preferred
• Food Safety:
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification required
• Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to four hours
• Reach across counters measured at 36 inches
• Work Environment:
• Hot and noisy workspace
• Limited storage space
• High shelving
• Fast-paced work environment
• Dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations

Pay Range

Pay Range: $20 per hour - $23 per hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
