Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing outstanding service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification required (applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours
• Reaching across counter tops measured at 36 inches
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Adapting to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Managing conflicts/difficult situations
