Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming atmosphere and leading the team during shifts. They play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurants by supporting management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with enthusiasm
- Develop a wide range of skills to enhance personal and professional growth
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters
- Working in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
