Shift Lead Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school. Preference for some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements for Food Handler certification, at applicant's own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $24 per hour - $27 per hour. Individual pay within this range is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
