Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant atmosphere and guiding the team through daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with enthusiasm.
• Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
• Food handler certification required (applicant's expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
