Shift Lead Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school. Preference for some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements for Food Handler certification, which must be acquired at the applicant's own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and manage fast-paced environments.
