Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal members of our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant atmosphere and guiding our staff to deliver exceptional service and culinary excellence.

• Support the creation of a welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Food handler certification (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for up to four hours
• Reaching across counters
• Working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Conflict resolution skills
