Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal members of our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in crafting delicious meals, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and serving Panda favorites

Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations, especially in the food industry
- Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant's own expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters at 36 inches
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Able to manage conflicts/difficult situations
