Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the restaurant's ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing popular Panda dishes.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations, especially in the food industry
• Food safety certifications required (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with hot temperatures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
• Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• The ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
