Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring Panda's mission to life in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and serving Panda favorites.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Local/municipal Food Handler certification (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters at 36 inches
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adapting to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Managing conflicts/difficult situations
