Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing outstanding service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a warm and inviting environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with enthusiasm and precision.
• Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
• Food handler certification required (applicant must acquire this at their own expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot kitchen environment.
• Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
