Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests through their support of management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and maintaining a proud ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Education and experience: Some high school, prefer some Operations experience.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at applicant's own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
