Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in crafting delicious food, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the restaurant's ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification (at applicant's own expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for long periods
• Reaching across counters
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Conflict resolution skills
