Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in crafting delicious food, providing exceptional service, and creating a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations, especially in the food industry
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant's own expense
• ADA Statement: Must be able to work in a hot, noisy, and confined workspace, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
