Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and driving our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care
• Gain a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional development

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Food handler certification (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
• Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space
