Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant atmosphere and guiding the team through the day. They play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurants embody the essence of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a welcoming environment for guests
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites
- Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food handler certification required (applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters
- Working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
