Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring our brand's mission to life in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing exceptional service, and fostering a warm atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with enthusiasm and precision.

Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food Handler certification (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing for up to four hours
- Reaching across counters
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to dynamic environments
- Conflict resolution skills
