Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal members of our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant atmosphere and leading the team during shifts. They play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurants embody the essence of our brand through passionate food preparation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a welcoming environment for guests
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites
- Gain diverse skills for personal and professional development
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
- Fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills, adaptability, and conflict resolution abilities
