Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts. They play a vital role in maintaining the vibrancy and success of our restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth
Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
- Fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills
