Shift Lead Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school. Preference for some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Must have local/municipal Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
- ADA Statement: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
