Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and driving the success of our establishments through passionate food preparation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and serving Panda favorites.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety
- Food Handler certification (acquired at applicant's own expense)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters
- Knowledge of ADA requirements and ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Pay and Schedule
- Pay range: $18.50 per hour - $21.5 per hour
- Individual pay determined by work location and experience
