Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites to guests.
- Gain a diverse set of skills to develop both yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Fast-paced work environment, strong verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
