Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites to guests.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
• Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Fast-paced work environment, effective communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
