Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests through their leadership and support of management.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
• Food handler certification required (applicant must acquire this at their own expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
