Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a welcoming environment and driving our mission through passionate service and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with enthusiasm and precision.
- Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle dynamic environments.
- Adaptability and conflict resolution skills.
