Shift Lead Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
  • Some high school
  • Prior Operations experience preferred
• Food Safety:
• Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at applicant's own expense
• ADA Statement:
• Hot work environment with steam and noise
• Standing for long periods and reaching high shelves required
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts
