Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests through their support of management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and maintaining a proud ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance both yourself and your team.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Food safety certifications required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment.
