Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering a vibrant atmosphere and guiding the team through the day. They play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants embody the essence of Panda's mission.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites to guests.
- Gain a broad range of skills to enhance personal and professional development.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Food handler certification required (applicant must acquire this at their own expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills, adaptability, and conflict resolution abilities.
