Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the restaurant's mission through passionate food preparation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites to guests.
- Gain a diverse set of skills to develop both yourself and your team.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Local/municipal Food Handler certification required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Fast-paced work environment, effective verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
