Shift Lead Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
  • Some high school
  • Prior Operations experience preferred
• Food Safety:
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification required
• Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to four hours
• Reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
• Work Environment:
• Hot and noisy workspace
• Limited storage space
• High shelving
