Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring Panda's mission to life in our restaurants by supporting management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and fostering a proud ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations, especially in the food industry.
• Food safety certifications required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
