Shift Lead Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school. Preference for some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Must have local/municipal Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., reach across counters, and work in a fast-paced environment.
