Shift Leader

We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Noah’s New York Bagels. Our Shift Leaders play a crucial role in motivating the team and setting the tone for a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• In possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Able to drive and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Qualifications

• Passing a drug test is required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

You will never have to work past 3PM (Yep, you read that right! NO EVENINGS & NO NIGHTS!)
