Responsibilities

• Tackle problems proactively and seek assistance when needed.
• Build and maintain a cohesive team that works well together.
• Increase restaurant profits through effective management and leadership.
• Provide outstanding service to customers, ensuring they leave with smiles and a desire to return.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay

Wendy's® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
