At Flynn Wendy’s, Shift Leaders are key members of our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of employees to ensure high-quality service and profit growth.

Responsibilities

• Tackle problems head-on and seek help when necessary.
• Build and maintain a cohesive team that works effectively together.
• Increase profits by managing the shift efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service that makes customers smile and encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• The ability to establish a positive work environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and provide guidance to team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
