At Flynn Wendy’s, Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to ensure high-quality service and increased profits.

Responsibilities

• Tackle problems and seek help when necessary
• Establish a positive team dynamic
• Increase restaurant profits
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers

Pay

Compensation: Wendy's® Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
