At Flynn Wendy’s, Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to ensure high-quality service and increased profits.

Responsibilities

- Establish a positive and productive team dynamic. - Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service and team performance. - Tackle problems proactively and seek assistance when necessary. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. - Increase overall restaurant profitability.

Requirements

- Prior restaurant experience is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Flexibility to work various shifts and hours.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Ability to work weekends and holidays.
